Based on the conclusion that a successful work for our clients and our foreign colleagues is only possible, when basic and approved procedures are constituted and kept, our Office constitutes the following principles.

The Lean Office
Our Office is exerted to optimize the flow of work in the Office and the office organisation, respectively, in order to work fast and effectively for our client or the client of our foreign colleagues. Our aim consists in that we can handle the client´s concerns likewise intensively and expeditiously, in order to not protract the official and judicial proceedings which are already considered by the client as being very time-consuming.

Intensive Cooperation
Our Office aims for an intensive and close cooperation with the clients and the foreign collegues. This may e.g. include a frequently contact in form of discussions or the like so that important technical and legal Information can be exchanged in order to recognise evolutions as soon as possible and to apply appropriate steps if necessary. Our aim consists in that we accompany the development of a product or a method from the idea to its readiness for marketing and beyond this point.

Frequent Continuing Education
The members of our Office are bound to enlarge their skills and abilities by frequent continuing education. This contains visits of continuing education seminars and the reading of relevant publications concerning industrial property rights. Further, for the purpose of continuing education the so-called Mannheimer Kreis has been founded, in which Pattent Attorneys from and around Mannheim exchange and discuss new legal tendencies concerning intellectual property rights. Above this, our Office provides seminars for privat citizens, students and contractors.
